What brings people in

How I can help

People come to me for all sorts of reasons, and you don't need to know exactly what's going on to get in touch. Here are some of the things that bring people in:

A hand reaching gently towards a pale flower in dappled sunlight
  • Struggling to say no, set boundaries, or stop putting everyone else first
  • Anxiety, pressure, or a mind that won't switch off
  • Feeling stuck in the same patterns in relationships or work
  • Loss and grief, including grief that never had space to be spoken
  • A health scare, a big change, or an experience that shook everything and left you asking bigger questions
  • Things from your past that still show up in your life, or that you've never told anyone
  • Feeling disconnected from yourself, or not sure who you are or what you need

If you don't see yours here, that's okay. Many people can't name what's going on, only that something feels heavy. We can start there, with whatever you bring.

Couples sessions

I also work with committed couples who want a space to talk openly and build something steady together. Couples sessions are 1.5 hours.

Psychometric assessments: coming soon

I'm also trained in psychometry, and psychometric assessments will be available here soon. They're structured tools that help measure things like personality, strengths and interests, and alongside counselling they can give you a fuller picture of yourself.
